You can add Attachments to incidents once they have been logged as a incident. Attachments are added from the Incident Details screen.
Attachments are useful if you have a screen shot to describe an error or strange occurrence. You can attach any type of file to the incident but EbixSupport recommends using JPG for screen shots and PDF or .DOC files for supporting documentation.
Note:
The file to be attached can be no larger than 2 MB.

Click on the Add button to open the Attachments selection pop-up screen.

Click the Browse button to open Microsoft's Choose File window and browse to the file that you wish to attach. Click Open and the File Name Field will fill.
Enter a File Description. This is used to identify the attachments and is especially useful with cryptic file names or if multiple files are attached.
Click the Add button. You will receive confirmation that item was attached. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add additional files.
When finished, click the Back button to return to the Attachments screen. Click Close to close the Attachment screen.
