Users can change their password from the Change Password link in the upper right corner of iTrack. The Administrator or EbixSupport can also change or reset the password from the Manage Users screen.
Your password should be 6 characters or longer and is case sensitive. If you make a mistake, clicking the Back button will take you to View Incidents list.
Enter your Old Password
Enter your New Password
Confirm Password
Click Submit
