The Edit Profile screen allows the user to change their login name and set when they would receive an email alert for actions taken against incidents logged for their agency. The Administrator or EbixSupport can also change or reset the login name from the Manage Users screen but cannot set email alerts.

Issue Log Email will send an email to the listed email ID when a new incident is logged.
Issue Change Email will send an email to the listed email ID when an incident status or details are changed.
Note Addition Email will send an email to the listed email ID when a new note is added to an incident.
In addition, the Log and Note additions will display in the Alerts tab and they are not affected by the check boxes marked on the Edit Profile screen.
