iTrack is a tool that will allow you to manage your incidents with EbixSupport. Using Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser users will be able to log incidents, view existing and previous incidents, manage users, create reports, and receive alerts from Ebix Analysts.
From www.ebixsupport.com click the Log an Incident link to reach the iTrack logon screen.
A separate browser window will open. We recommend adding www.ebixsupport.com to your Internet Explorer Favorites as we regularly update EbixSupport with important announcements and information about Ebix and its supported products.
You must be registered to access iTrack and product specific features of EbixSupport. Please contact EbixSupport to begin this process. Click here to email your request.
