The Reports tab gives you access to all your existing and previous incidents. There are two types of reports listed, a build report and an incident report.
You will want to run an Incident Report. The Build Report feature is no longer supported and will be removed.
Note:
EbixASP users can review their build update reports in the EbixASP Online Help. EbixONE will continue to get build updates as part of its patch updates.
Click the Reports tab and then the report item. The Report Criteria screen opens.

Complete the fields for the type of details you want to display on the report.
Hints:
The default screen opens with Logged Date From and To as the same date. For a quick report, change the From date to an earlier date that you want to begin your search and mark the Incident Type All to view all your agencies open and closed calls during this time frame.
Leaving the Area field blank will display all items. If you enter key words in the Area field, the results of the report will be limited to the incidents whose Incident Area field contains the key word.
Click Show Report to display results in a separate browser window.
The report contains details on the Incident No, Report Date, Incident Area (short description), the long Incident Description, Priority, Type, Status, Development Status (also knows as EbixSupport Status or Actual Status), Module, and Completion Date (which is used by developers when permanent fix is made).
