Sign On

To access the features of iTrack you must sign-on.  Each user has their own sign-on.

The direct web address for the User Sign On page is http://itrack.ebix.com/UserLogin.aspx.  However, Ebix recommends you access the sign-on page from ebixsupport.com web site.

1. Enter the Project Code.  This is usually the same as your product such as EbixASP, EbixONE, Elite, INfinity, or Insurnet.

2. Enter your Client ID.  EbixSupport provides this ID to you at the time of registration.

3. Enter your User ID.  Each user ID would have to be setup in iTrack.  EbixSupport sets up the initial Administrator ID at the time of registration.  This is usually assigned to the default support contact on record with EbixSupport.

4. Enter your Password.  If you forget your password, you can contact your Administrator or EbixSupport to reset it.

5. Click Sign In to begin!
