Ebix launches Real Time Interface with EbixONE
Ebix
Inc. announces the availability of Real Time Interface with
EbixONE through IVANS Transformation Stations™ to streamline the
communication in real time between the agency and carrier.
Real
Time Interface
allow agents to process service inquiries and retrieve insurance
company account status information, directly from within the
EbixONE system with the click of a mouse button, at exactly the
time the information is needed. An insured has a request, and
“click” the agent receives an immediate response without delays,
phone calls and faxes.
The
benefits and efficiencies an agency can expect include: no
re-entering of data, no separate carrier log-on, and no training
of staff on each carrier’s workflow.
